Bryn Chighizola holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. Bryn’s passion for personal and organizational focused environmental sustainability has resulted in several papers and presentations, her dissertation expanding on this field of knowledge, and most recently, creating an environmental sustainability small business.
Prior to her current consulting work, Bryn worked for an educational research, evaluation, and consulting firm for ten years. Working with a diverse body of education-focused organizations, from individual schools to The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, reinforced the power of creating organizational narratives and solutions that integrate the “what” (quantitative data) and the “why” (qualitative data).
Currently, Bryn engages in a variety of consulting work focused on environmental sustainability, organizational development, data analytics, and conducting new research. Drawing from deep expertise in I-O Psychology and over 12 years of consulting experience enables me to enter partnerships that lead to discovering, understanding, and creating effective solutions to unique organizational needs. This process is supported by drawing on key narratives and research coupled with data-driven evidence and measures of progress.
