Astha Parmar has over a decade of experience helping organizations design innovative people practices. She has deep expertise in key HR and Talent verticals: Organizational Design, Learning & Development, International HR Leadership, Process Automation and Improvement.
As the Founder and Principal at Inspri.co, she partners with purpose-driven organizations to clarify their talent strategy, create talent solutions, build organizational capability, and automate HR processes. In this role, she has worked with a range of international non-profits, including the Congressional Hunger Center, Trees for the Future, and Humentum (previously Lingos).
Astha is an adjunct Professor at Seattle Pacific University where she teaches a seminar class on 'Design Thinking and HR' to masters and PhD students.
Prior to Inspri, Astha led the Global Talent & HR Function at Grameen Foundation — delivering HR solutions across Africa, Latin America, and Asia. She has also worked in the finance sector in the US, and consulted for various service-sector organizations in India.
Astha has a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, and a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Delhi University.
I grew up in a (then small) beautiful valley town in India. My parents placed an emphasis on volunteering as a way to work on ourselves and doing work we love. Both those things left an impression.
